Industrial style loft apartment | Residential

In this converted warehouse, we worked with the architect to create a modern, industrial style loft apartment.

To achieve an open plan living space we developed structural plans to remove existing columns, and an opening for a new central staircase. Our careful consideration and planning ensured the existing structure could safely accommodate the new load transfer.
