Through work on National Trust properties and listed buildings, we’ve developed in-depth knowledge of techniques including cathodic protection design, traditional oak and historic timber connections to preserve historic spaces.

From creative loft conversions to bespoke extension designs in private residencies, our structural designs make ambitious architectural plans happen.

We can design the smallest detail of a space, through to complex schemes. Working with architects or designers, we provide everything from hand drawn sketches to Revit models with analysis produced using finite element modelling software. Our projects span small conversions to ambitious alterations and new build multistorey structures.

Richard Tant serves as an expert witness to support leading Party Wall Surveyors, producing in-depth structural reviews, in accordance with the Party Wall Act 1996.
