Maidlands Cottage is a listed property located on the East Sussex coast, which required complete refurbishment and renovation.
We undertook careful analysis of the overall stability of the original oak structure. Strengthening oak-to-oak connections enabled a delicate restoration of the original frame and working with the main contractor, we secured a safe and structurally sound result.
